A nine-year-old was among the three victims of a shooting that took place in Rosedale late Wednesday night.
Baltimore County policeman Robert Reason told reporters at a press conference that it did so around 11 p.m. located in the 5500 block of Lanham Way. He said the child was shot in the "lower part of the body" and the two adults in the upper body.
All three victims were taken to hospital for treatment. Their terms were not known.
"We are in the early stages of the investigation," said Detective Reason.
He would not confirm whether the victims were related or whether they all lived at the address.
"This is investigative information that I don't want to speculate about right now," he said.
Detective Reason said the shooting was confined to the house.
The victims were shot inside and outside the home, he said.
The police did not make any arrests and have sought help from the public.
