(CBS Local) – The fans prepare plans for the big game. CBS Sports reports on this year's Super Bowl LV, which will take place on Sunday, February 7th at 6:30 pm in Tampa, Florida. EUROPEAN SUMMER TIME. Coverage of the game begins at 11:30 am EST and lasts until kick-off.
This other pregame show starts with coverage where presenter Adam Schein is joined by Amy Trask of CBS Sports Network, London Fletcher, Jonathan Jones and Kyle Long.
After that, CBS Sports presents Road To The Super Bowl at 12:00 p.m. EST is NFL Films' throwback to the biggest sights and sounds of the 2020 season. The hour-long special has been put together by the producers of NFL Films and features the best players and coaches tuned for sound during the games, the best moments and the best teams on the way to Super Bowl LV.
After Road To The Super Bowl, the network brings Tony Goes To The Super Bowl with leading NFL from CBS analyst Tony Romo to the host city. Romo talks to quarterbacks Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson and Patrick Mahomes about their memories of the big game.
At 2 p.m. it's time for The Super Bowl Today with host James Brown and analysts Phil Simms, Boomer Esiason, Nate Burleson and Bill Cowher, including Ian Eagle, Charles Davis, NFL insider Jason La Canfora, reporters Tracy Wolfson and Evan will be Washburn, rules analyst Gene Steratore and contributor Jim Rome. The show features commentary, analysis, and all pre-game activity.
After four hours of coverage of The Super Bowl Today, starting at 6 p.m., the network will air the Super Bowl On CBS Kickoff Show, which features pre-game musical performances, the singing of the national anthem by Eric Church and Jazmine Sullivan, America's Beautiful of YOU sung, followed by the coin toss and team introductions.
From The Super Bowl Today at 2:00 p.m., viewers will be able to view the coverage not only on the CBS Television Network, but also via streaming platforms on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app on smart TVs and mobile devices. Coverage of the game will also be streamed through ViacomCBS's subscription service CBS All Access.
