21-year-old man shot lifeless in NE Baltimore late Monday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – A 21-year-old man was shot dead in northeast Baltimore late Monday.

The officers were dispatched to the 4300 block on Loch Raven Boulevard at around 10:16 p.m. Investigate a reported shootout.

When they arrived, a man was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a district hospital.

Detectives from the northeast district reacted to the scene and took control of the investigation.
