17-year-old squeegee employee shot in Baltimore, police say

Baltimore police said they believe a 17-year-old squeegee worker was targeted in a shooting Tuesday.

City police said officers were called around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday to the 1600 block of Mount Royal Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. Police said officers found a 17-year-old boy suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital by ambulance.

Investigators said the suspects pulled up to the victim, got out of the vehicle and shot the boy in the lower extremities. They believe that the victim was targeted.
